Services

Nicks Painting Plus LLC provides residential painting services in the Des Moines Metro, including but not limited to interior painting, exterior painting, wood staining, and drywall repair. All services are subject to availability and our assessment of the project scope.

Estimates and Pricing

• All estimates are provided free of charge with no obligation.
• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified.
• Final pricing may vary if the actual scope of work differs from what was assessed during the estimate.
• Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be approved in writing and may result in adjusted pricing.

Scheduling and Access

• Project start dates are scheduled based on mutual agreement and availability.
• Customers must provide reasonable access to the work area during scheduled times.
• Exterior projects may be delayed due to weather conditions. We will communicate any weather-related delays promptly.
• Cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance when possible.

Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in your project estimate or contract.
• For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.
• Final payment is due upon completion and your satisfaction with the work.
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best results, customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the project scope and any known issues.
• Clear small personal items from work areas before the scheduled start date.
• Ensure pets are secured away from work areas for their safety and ours.
• Communicate any concerns promptly during the project.

Warranty

We stand behind our work with a lifetime workmanship warranty. If anything fails due to our workmanship, we fix it free. This is paired with Sherwin-Williams' industry-leading product warranties. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by others, or issues arising from pre-existing conditions are not covered.

Limitation of Liability

Nicks Painting Plus LLC's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We carry liability insurance to protect your property during our work.
